The main responsibility of the IT Program Manager Transformation ERP SR is to manage multiple business–IT projects in the field of SAP ECC, including the transformation of our SAP ECC to a new ERP solution. This includes the preparation and follow-up of the public procurement process related to this transformation, as well as its execution. In parallel, this Program Manager will be responsible for managing other strategic projects as well as implementing test management, in accordance with Vivaqua’s standards.

These tasks are carried out using various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev, as well as M365 tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate, SAG, etc.

Note that the choice of the future ERP has not yet been made (study ongoing).

In this role, the responsibilities will include:

• Managing the transformation of our current SAP ECC to a new ERP, specifically:
• Defining and managing the European public procurement process aimed at selecting the future ERP solution as well as the implementation partner. (Technology not decided at this time)
• Managing the project to transform SAP ECC to the future ERP solution, including migration, transition, and process standardization aspects.
• Identifying, following up, and providing the necessary support to integrate the needs of key users in several other strategic projects.
• Detailed monitoring of projects in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget, including risk and issue management.
• Setting up a thorough test management for the projects concerned, based on the test methodology defined by Vivaqua.
• Organizing the change management aspect for these projects, in collaboration with the business and the Change Management unit, while ensuring adequate training for end users.
• Supporting the PMO for systematic project monitoring (PSR), as well as for managing capacity, budget, and deadlines.
• Implementing project governance in line with expectations, using tracking tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.

Terms of execution of the assignment:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially perform 440 man-days spread over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• The services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, except with express derogation validated by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to perform overtime or work outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA’s service continuity requirements and project constraints when planning their leave and must agree on this in advance with the Managing Officer.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct for external service providers of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon simple request.
