IT Project Manager HR & Testing SR

The main responsibility of the IT Project Manager HR & Testing Senior is to manage multiple business-IT projects in the areas of Human Resources and document management, as well as to implement test management, in accordance with Vivaqua standards, for a number of strategic projects.

These tasks are carried out using various technologies such as SAG, WinDev, Protime, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA, and by relying on the Prince2 methodology.

In this role, they will be responsible for:

Managing and executing Human Resources projects related to business & IT transformation, from A to Z (new application for time management, HR administration, payroll and pension calculation), including the decommissioning of current applications.

Managing and executing projects related to document management (cross-functional at Vivaqua), including the decommissioning of the current application.

Identifying, tracking, and supporting the integration of key users’ needs into these projects.

Detailed project tracking in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget, including risk and issue management.

Implementing comprehensive test management for HR and SAP projects, based on the test methodology defined by Vivaqua.

Organizing the change management component for these projects, in collaboration with the Change Management unit, ensuring adequate training for end users.

Supporting the PMO for the systematic tracking of projects (PSR), as well as regarding capacities, budget, and deadlines.

Establishing project governance in line with defined expectations, using tracking tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.

  • Throughout your assignment you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

Terms of mission execution:

  • The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide 440 man-days spread over a period of ± 2 years, based on a 40-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
  • Services will be performed at least 3 days/week onsite at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
  • The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
  • The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA’s service continuity requirements and the constraints of the projects managed, when planning their leave and must agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
  • The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA’s “Code of Conduct for External Service Providers.”

The assignment may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of: 880 business days.
