IT Project Manager Infrastructure SR
Within the Information Technology Department (DTI), the Project Manager Infrastructure leads strategic projects related to VIVAQUA’s IT infrastructure and NIS governance.
They are responsible for defining, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects aimed at strengthening the resilience, security, availability, and modernization of the information system.
They are in charge of developing and implementing the DRP strategy.
They oversee the implementation of the CMDB.
They ensure the implementation of NIS initiatives.
They manage change across various projects.
In this role, they will be responsible for:
- monitoring various infrastructure projects such as:
- the deployment of a CMDB;
- the deployment of the DRP solution.
- the replacement of other infrastructure solutions;
- drafting, in collaboration with the technical team and the IT Vendor Manager, specifications related to the modernization of the IT infrastructure.
For each project for which they are responsible, the project manager is expected to:
- establish a project plan specifying, among other things, the objectives and scope, timeline, tasks and expected deliverables, the review and approval cycle, organization, and reporting;
- monitor costs, schedule compliance, and resources throughout the project;
- provide effective coordination of the project team, ensuring its motivation;
- contribute to updating the business case;
- ensure the identification and management of dependencies, risks, and assumptions impacting each project under their responsibility.
Throughout your assignment, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.
Mission execution terms:
The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s Headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
The designated consultant must take into account the service continuity needs of VIVAQUA and the constraints linked to the projects they manage when planning their leave and must agree beforehand with the Managing Official on this matter.
The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the “Code of Conduct for External Providers” of VIVAQUA, this document being available on request.
Additional information:
The assignment may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 business days.
