Responsible for the IT team "SAP ISU", the consultant will work closely with the business departments and other teams within the IT department. The consultant will be in charge of:

• maintaining and evolving the platform (upgrade, etc.);
• capacity planning (resource needs);
• operational management (batches, etc.), except for the infrastructure part;
• relationship management with the integration partner (jointly with the IT Vendor Manager).

Like all members of the IT management team, the consultant will manage people (staffing, objectives, training, etc.), methodologies (processes, procedures, architecture, etc.), and the budget related to their area of expertise in consultation with the heads of the aforementioned domains. They will also participate in defining and strategizing the evolution of the IT Department.

In this role, they will be responsible for:

Implementing a strategy for the evolution of the SAP ISU ecosystem

This task includes setting up:

• the technical and functional architecture;
• management and development tools;
• the upgrade and maintenance process.

These elements are applicable to the S4HANA ecosystem.

Monitoring collaboration with an external partner maintaining the SAP-S4HANA environment

Management of SAP ISU

This task includes:

• monitoring the ongoing and upcoming SAP ISU project portfolio;
• selecting and managing resources (internal and external) for the execution of SAP ISU projects.

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

Terms of execution of the assignment:

The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially perform 440 man-days spread over a period of ± 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA's business days.

Services will be performed at least 3 days/week in person at VIVAQUA's Head Office, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.

The consultant is hereby informed that overtime or work outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) is not permitted without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.

The designated consultant must take into account the continuity of service requirements of VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave and will agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.

The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct for External Service Providers of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon simple request.

The assignment may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of: 880 business days.
