As part of the development of our core business applications, we are looking for 1 IT Project Manager / Scrum Master.

The person must be able to manage the team by respecting the established schedule, while also taking into account the business requirements expressed (Product Owner/Business Analyst, Dev, Designer, …).

A technical background in the field of development is required for this position.

The essential skills are:

• Knowledge of the main development languages (Web: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.Net MVC, Angular, React, WebAPI)
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for managing user stories, bugs, tasks, release notes, …
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to work with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies while having the role of IT Project Manager, involving the ability to manage communication with network and operations teams
• Facilitate sprint planning, sprint review, while also ensuring compliance with schedules
• Able to discuss a backlog with the business and also challenge the business on its requests
• Communicate easily both with the business and with technical teams (dev, network, operations, etc.)
• Adapt to technological changes
• Comply with the rules provided by the architects
• Respect all constraints of all IT services
• Ability to read and understand UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Ability to autonomously develop high-level schedules and retro-planning.

The department in which the person will be integrated is predominantly French-speaking. Therefore, it is essential that the person has an excellent command of French. The person must also have a strong command of technical English.
