The main responsibility of the IT Project Manager Transformation ERP SR is to manage multiple business–IT projects in the area of SAP ECC, including the transformation of our SAP ECC to a new ERP solution. This includes the preparation and monitoring of the public procurement process related to this transformation, as well as its execution. In parallel, this Project Manager will be responsible for managing other strategic projects as well as establishing test management in accordance with Vivaqua’s standards.

These tasks are performed using various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev, as well as M365 tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate, SAG, etc.

Please note that the choice for the future ERP has not yet been made (study ongoing).

In this role, the responsibilities will be:

• Managing the transformation of our current SAP ECC to a new ERP, including:
• Defining and managing the public procurement process to select the future ERP solution and the implementation partner.
• Managing the transformation project from SAP ECC to the future ERP solution, including migration and transition aspects.
• Identifying, following up, and providing the necessary support to integrate key users’ needs in several other strategic projects.
• Detailed monitoring of projects in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget, including risk and issue management.
• Setting up in-depth test management for the relevant projects, based on the test methodology defined by Vivaqua.
• Organizing the change management aspect for these projects, in collaboration with the business and the Change Management team, while ensuring proper training of end users.
• Supporting the PMO for systematic project monitoring (PSR), as well as capacity, budget, and deadline management.
• Setting up project governance in line with expectations, using monitoring tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.

Assignment execution terms:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and will potentially work 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour week, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• The services will be carried out at least 3 days/week on site at the VIVAQUA headquarters, possibly discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the need for continuity of service at VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects managed when planning vacations, and must agree on this in advance with the Managing Official.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct for external providers of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon request.
