The IT Senior Network Engineer contributes to the implementation of Vivaqua’s network segregation and to keeping the LAN infrastructure up to date.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and updates of the Extreme Networks environment
• Monitoring of security tickets (CVE) concerning the LAN (Switch, Wifi, NAC, etc.)
• 2nd line user support
• Programming of Extreme switches
• DRP project follow-up: design and implementation of Extreme equipment
• Physical maintenance of the DC (racks)
• Monitoring (Solarwinds): configuration, testing, implementation, alarming & dashboard
• Configuration of the Nozomi tool for OT, Sanitation (Extreme mirror ports)
• XIQ tool
• OT network resilience
• Lynx8 project: finetuning of the implemented solution
• Documentation of new requests, existing setups, and changes

Throughout your mission, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

Mission execution terms:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may be required to provide potentially 440 man-days over a period of ± 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s Headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that working overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00) is not permitted without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the service continuity needs of VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning leave, and will agree in advance with the Managing Officer on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the “Code of conduct for external service providers” of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon simple request.

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of: 880 business days.
