Role: IT Support (LV1/LV2)/Dedicated Service Desk Agent/Incident Analyst/Problem Solver - European Institution
Location: Brussels, Belgium - European Institution
Responsibilities
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:
- Receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison.
- Single Point of Contact for end-users (VIP)
- Conduct swift incident analysis to ensure effective resolution.
- Prioritize first and second-line customer interactions for outstanding first call resolution rates.
- Maintain meticulous records of incident and problem information.
- Provide expert support remotely and on-site to deliver timely solutions.
- Play a pivotal role in reconfiguration and installation of PC environments.
Requirements
Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in both English and French mandatory both written and oral
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset
- You have already IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office)
Languages:
- Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
- Excellent knowledge of French - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
