12 months
15/06/2026 - 14/06/2027
Belgium

Context
SPW uses a content management system (CMS) tool to manage its websites. The standard CMS tool used is CMS Jahia (version 8).
In many cases, development is required to customize this CMS tool to the specific business needs of SPW.
To meet this need, SPW Digital has created a Multichannel Service Center within the Service and Delivery Management Department, which notably has expertise around CMS Jahia through its web team. This team has set up, on the one hand, a shared Jahia environment (called the site factory) to host SPW's websites and, on the other hand, a number of services around this platform.
The site factory hosts about 80 SPW and cabinet websites, with a total of approximately 13,000,000 visits per year passing through the Jahia servers (all sites combined).

Objectives
The web team of the Multichannel Service Center has three main objectives:

  • Maintain and further develop the shared Jahia environments.
  • Ensure the services put in place around the site factory and provide continuous improvement of their quality.
  • Ensure effective industrialization and sharing in the development of websites on Jahia.

Activities
The mission will be carried out on CMS Jahia and will include the following activities (in collaboration with the other members of the web team):

  • Ensure a coherent functional and technical architecture for the shared platform.
  • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance of Jahia.
  • Update the functional and technical documentation as the shared platform evolves.
  • Carry out techno-functional analyses to propose solutions that meet business needs and maintain a good level of sharing across the various websites deployed on our Jahia platform.
  • Perform development to carry out the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of all templates, modules, and components developed by the web team, while respecting the functional and technical architecture of the existing shared Jahia platform.
  • Define technical and functional recommendations for developers to facilitate their development on the shared Jahia platform.
  • Provide well-argued and structured opinions on techno-functional analyses in the context of website development.
  • Ensure the validation and deployment on the shared Jahia environment of developments carried out by a developer.
  • Provide training in the use of CMS Jahia to key users.
  • Provide support to users of CMS Jahia.
  • Ensure and maintain an online catalog of standard and transversal components available for website development.
