Junior Data Quality Analyst

Projects can vary considerably, both in project themes and in the type of project (agile, waterfall, POC R&D). Each project aims to deliver practical and innovative solutions that will contribute to the energy transition and the modernization of infrastructures, supported by modern technologies (AI, Machine Learning, etc).

A key prerequisite for the effective use of these new Smart Grid software solutions and the achievement of the benefits sought by Resa is to have sufficient data quality. The analyst role is therefore crucial to the success of this program and will play a central role in the continuous improvement of key data to feed these new software solutions, within the framework of the data governance in place at Resa. This role will report to and be supported by the coordinator of the AI & Data Governance team.

Responsibilities:

  • proactively detect data quality issues
  • propose resolution suggestions
  • conduct root cause analyses to understand the origin of data quality issues
  • train data producers in best practices for data quality management
  • assist the data governance team in creating a culture of data quality

Context/Requirements:

This data quality analyst role is part of the energy transition program initiated by RESA, a key player in the energy sector. This program aims to prepare RESA to meet the environmental and technological challenges of the energy transition.

In particular, a Smart Grid sub-program is dedicated to implementing solutions and functionalities within RESA’s technical business units, covering areas such as network planning and operations.

This sub-program is necessary to improve the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of electricity networks. It will give rise to a series of specific projects based on the business objectives defined in RESA’s Smart Grid roadmap for 2023. Topics covered will include the integration of renewable energies, smart demand management, optimization of energy flows, and much more.
