Is Jumpstart right for me?

Experience-wise, Jumpstart is suited to junior full-stack engineers with computer science degrees from university.

More importantly, we care about your suitability to startups so we’re looking for:

• Evidence of proactivity (i.e. built your own active projects, founded your own company, 100+ contributions on github)
• A strong product mindset and a solid understanding of building features directly for customers.

Not sure if you’re a good fit? We care more about your aptitude for startups than meeting set criteria so it’s worth applying anyway.

How does it work?

• Apply to Jumpstart - Answer a few basic questions, upload your CV & any relevant info. No coding tasks needed!
• Attend an onboarding call - if you look like a great fit, we’ll review your application & invite you to a short onboarding call to learn more.
• Access high-growth engineering roles - CTOs pitch their roles to you (via pre-recorded videos) so you can get a sense of whether a role is a good fit.
• Connect with startups - We’ve made the job search a two-way process. Apply to startups and receive applications from startups who want to chat to you.
• Support to nail your interviews - access comprehensive training guides and receive individual interview support to help you nail your interviews & land a role.
• Accelerate your growth - landing a role is only the start. You’ll join the Jumpstart community and gain access to all the tools you need to succeed in your role. Think mentorship, panel events, training & more.

On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.
