In the context of an internal mobility, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Azure System Administrator to replace a current consultant. The consultant will be deployed within an enterprise environment (healthcare sector) and will support both cloud and on-premise Microsoft infrastructure.

The assignment will be carried out fully onsite in Bruges. Consultants are expected to live in the immediate vicinity (West Flanders).

Job Description

As a Microsoft System Administrator, you are responsible for the management, optimization, and support of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You will work closely with the internal IT team and support both operational and project-based activities. You combine technical expertise with a hands-on mentality and work both independently and as part of a team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Management and optimization of Microsoft 365 (M365 / O365)
• Administration of Exchange Online
• Management of Microsoft Azure environments
• Configuration and management of Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Management of Active Directory (on-premise)
• User & access management
• Incident analysis and troubleshooting (2nd/3rd line)
• Support in migrations and optimization projects
• Documentation of configurations and procedures

Optional / Plus Points

• Management of Microsoft Intune
• Management of Certificate Authority (PKI)

Technical Profile

Profile

• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Customer-oriented and communicative
• Independent but a team player
• Hands-on mentality
