Medior .NET Analyst-Developer Digital Project

As a public transport operator active in the Walloon region, LeTEC – short for “Le Transport En Commun” – is one of the main players in Mobility as well as economic, social, and sustainable development in Wallonia.

Your Mission

The Travellers Information (IV) transformation program at TEC is one of the eleven transformation programs of the 2024-2029 company plan. It fits into the third strategic axis of the plan: Customer Experience, which aims, among other things, for TEC to improve communication and information provided to users.

As part of the IV Digital project of this program, a Medior .NET Analyst-Developer position is being sought. The mission will be to perform analysis and development of new evolutions to the letec.be website in connection with the CRM and the future ticketing system.

As part of your mission, you will be integrated into the team of developers working on the website and will be mainly responsible for:

  • Implementing adaptations of the account synchronization services between the ticketing system, CRM, and letec.be website
  • Developing the features planned within the IV Digital project
  • Communicating with the IV Digital project and ticketing teams, the business, service providers managing third-party applications (CRM, Mobile Application, eShop) as well as other developers working on other projects within the team in order to use the same methodologies
  • Writing documentation and providing necessary training to users
  • Conducting tests with end users

Working Hours

The mission will be carried out on site in Namur on a full-time basis.

Consultancy days are 8 hours.

Two fixed days of remote work are possible.

Monday cannot be worked remotely; presence on site is required.

Except for exceptions agreed with the team manager, working hours must match those of internal employees, namely:

  • The workday must begin between 7:30 am and 9:00 am, lunch must be taken between 11:45 am and 2:00 pm, and the end of the workday must be between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm
  • Therefore, presence slots from 9:00 am – 11:45 am and 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm must be respected

Profile

You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or have equivalent experience.

You master object-oriented design, the C# language, and relational databases.

You have at least 4 years of experience in C# .NET development.

You have experience in Angular, .NET Core, and Entity Framework development.

Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) is an asset.

Knowledge of SQL Server databases, REST APIs and Web services (Json, Soap), message queuing as well as experience with Azure Devops and Git Flow are additional assets.

You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and a good understanding of technical English.

You enjoy working collaboratively on the projects entrusted to you.

You demonstrate flexibility and ease in relationships with various stakeholders.

Similar experience in a passenger transport company is a plus.
