Profile Microsoft Security Engineer

Objective of the assignment

Maximizing the functionalities available within Microsoft M365 E5, technologies being Defender for Endpoints, Defender for Cloud Apps, Attack Surface Reduction, and Intune. Important focus on maximizing data security, based on the data classification rules of the federal government and the already implemented traffic light protocol at NGI.

Total estimated duration of the assignment: 75-100 working days

Hybrid work: 2 days/week at the office

Profile of the consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with competencies in

• Microsoft M365 E5 administration. Preferably certified in Information Protection Administrator (SC-400) or applied skills in Microsoft Purview DLP
• Microsoft certified security operations analyst (SC-200) or cybersecurity architect (SC-100)
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Purview and Defender with SIEM/SOAR solutions

or equivalent

Education: Minimum associate degree in IT.

Experience: at least 3 years of experience with the aforementioned Microsoft technologies, hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Defender for Cloud Apps, Attack Surface Reduction, active directory, and Endpoint security solutions.

Assets: communicative and analytical.
