The Middleware Services team is currently responsible for the following portfolio of platform services:

The team’s activities include both operational aspects (lifecycle, change, incident management) and development (service improvement, automation).

As Middleware Services Product Owner, you will support the team through:

Backlog management: create, clarify, maintain and prioritize backlog items and organize releases
Stakeholder communication: capture needs, gather feedback, liaise between the team and other stakeholder to ensure clear understanding and alignment
Team support: organize and guide the day-to-day functioning of the team, balancing operational and development efforts and coaching towards autonomy
Quality assurance, with specific attention to the non-functional aspects of providing large-scale services
Facilitate vision and strategy definition

In order to succeed, you will need the following:

Strong technical/analytical skills
Management skills (Agile practices)
Excellent communication skills (translate between detailed/technical and higher-level – and vice versa)
Customer focus
Leadership talent (ownership, people management, coaching)

The mission will be until 31/03/2026, afterwards possibly to be extended with 3 or 6 months.
