Context

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer to strengthen our team in managing our current Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure. In a later phase, you will also be involved in the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Given the complexity of the platform, we are seeking someone with demonstrable expertise and experience in Identity Management on the Microsoft platform.

Language Skills

• Native Dutch or French speaker.
• Functional knowledge of the second national language.
• Functional knowledge of English.

Experience and Knowledge

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) at operational and integration level (Expert).
• Experience with .NET development (confirmed).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting (confirmed).
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (confirmed).

Assets:

• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Nice to have).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, App Service, API Management, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, etc.
• Experience with migrations from on-premise Identity Management to Azure.

Tasks

• Implementing and updating workflows and management processes within MIM.
• Analyzing, coordinating, and implementing new lifecycle rules for user(groups) towards Active Directory and other infrastructures.
• Developing and maintaining programmed logic and rules within the Identity Management system.
• Ensuring implementation of IDM solutions in line with business and technical requirements, aligned with the IT strategy.
• Documenting implementations via MS Office and collaboration platforms, and communicating these with involved teams.
• Guiding colleagues and product teams in development on the platform.
• Acting as a bridge between the product team and cross-functional teams.
• Integrating development, testing, and operational aspects in your deliverables.
• Actively sharing knowledge and implementations through transfer sessions with colleagues.
