Hiring a .NET and Angular developer (ML) for the Digitalization and Organization department within the Agency for Agriculture and Fisheries, who will be specifically assigned to projects within the framework of the Programmatic Approach to Nitrogen (PAS)

Context/Requirements

The developer will contribute to the development of existing and new (web)applications in the context of the implementation of the Programmatic Approach to Nitrogen (PAS).
The developer works together with other developers and reports to the project leader. The tasks are as follows:

• Co-developing new and existing functionalities
• Translating functional specifications into technical designs
• Ensuring that technical solutions fit within the used architecture, standards, and frameworks
• Working/communicating in an open and transparent manner

The proposed candidate must at least meet the competencies below, listed in order of importance. This must be evident from the candidate's CV.

Technical competencies

• Excellent knowledge of .NET (C#) with 36 months of demonstrable experience (must have)
• Demonstrable knowledge of Angular 20 or higher (must have)
• Demonstrable knowledge of webAPI and .Net Core (must have)
• Demonstrable knowledge of EF Core (must have)
• Demonstrable experience with relational databases and SQL (must have)
• Demonstrable knowledge of CQRS (should have)
• Demonstrable experience with NGRX (should have)
• Demonstrable knowledge of Github Copilot (should have)
• Demonstrable experience with Scrum (should have)

It is for the benefit of the IT Development service within the Digitalization and Organization Department that the Agency for Agriculture and Fisheries wishes to hire a developer for the Hydra team.
This team is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining applications that support the measures and processes of the Entrepreneurship and Development department in a user-friendly manner. This concerns the applications for VLIF, GMO, Care Farms, Advice and Training, and financial follow-up.
