Mission Description

You define, apply, and lead, together with the supplier Belden, the migration strategy of the current infrastructure (SDH) to an MPLS solution interconnected with the fibernet layer and dark fiber.

You define a DRP test plan consistent with the critical SafeNet network in place at STIB, identify the impacts on existing systems, and participate in the execution of the verifications.

You participate in the maintenance of critical industrial environments as part of the regulation of the Brussels metro.

Together with the team, you define the ITIL processes to be implemented in the OT environment and support their implementation.

You share your knowledge in networking, Linux, OT, and virtualization to help increase the team's expertise.

You participate with internal teams in the implementation of virtualization, monitoring, and storage services in an OT environment, consistent with the technologies mastered within the company.

If these technologies do not meet requirements, you provide your expertise to identify, advocate for, and implement new approaches consistent with an operational approach.
