Mission Objective:

Migrate and implement the processes described in the attached CityDev_Inventimmo.pdf document into an Odoo v18 platform, while meeting business requirements and identified improvements.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing functional document (As-Is/To-Be) and translate the processes into Odoo.

• Configure any required Odoo module (CRM, Real Estate, Website, Notifications, etc.) to cover:

• Property prospecting

• Entry and update of records
• Publication on website via web service (Drupal site – https://inventimmo.brussels)
• Status management and notifications
• Integration of mapping based on Urbis and/or Google Maps

• …

• Develop customizations (Python, XML) if necessary.

• Ensure migration of data from the existing database.
• Set up automated workflows (validation, notifications, …)

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of: 880 business days
