More concretely, specific context and purpose of this assignment:
Several business applications are developed/configured within Pega:

- SCARA: backoffice management of administrative road and environmental sanctions
- SOLUCE: backoffice management of reports submitted based on the provisions of the new Soil Decree
- PROXIM-IT: backoffice management of approvals for service voucher companies
These business applications are based on a cross-functional core, called ORION. This core manages common functionalities between these business applications, integrations/connectors to various systems (ESB, GED, IAM, …), and the cross-functional UI layer supported by a UI portal.
The SAMPO business application, developed and maintained by the ACM team, is a backoffice used to manage financial aid granted to citizens and companies. This cross-functional SAMPO platform is currently used by 4 General Directorates of SPW (EER, TLPE, SG, ARNE) and aims to integrate the majority of subsidies managed by SPW. The development of this cross-functional platform is part of an IT program that aims to implement the entire ecosystem of the cross-functional platform: development of technical solutions, including SAMPO, integrations with internal and external systems, development of forms within the Front Office system, activation of aid mechanisms within the Financial Aid platform as it evolves, user training, etc.
