PEGA UI
At SPW, the management of cross-functional software solutions is organized within service centers. The CSGD (service center for case management) is responsible for managing technical platforms, implementing, and monitoring the service catalogs for several software solutions.
The objectives of the CSGD are as follows:
-
Deploy the necessary human resources to develop case management solutions and provide services to the business units

At the end of 2017, the cross-functional Pega platform, used for case management (ACM = Adaptive Case Management), was deployed within SPW. The CSGD is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the services related to Pega.
The missions of the CSGD serve a digitalization objective (digital transformation, IT-business collaboration, agility, use of authentic data, development of internal skills, reuse and cross-functionality of solutions, etc.).
