The mission of the project manager, supporting the Customer Experience team, notably consists of:

• Integrating the challenges of the ticketing strategy and the ticket distribution strategy, and supporting its implementation during the duration of the assignment;
• Mastering the ambitions of distribution projects in physical points of sale and the envisioned customer journeys, their objectives, methodology, and associated resources (planning, budget, expertise), according to the terms of any public contracts governing the mission of external service providers;
• Contributing to the drafting of necessary public procurement documents within the framework of the assignment and to the selection of service providers capable of ensuring the highest level of service (bidders’ attention is drawn to the fact that no conflict of interest will be tolerated by the contracting authority);
• Organizing the necessary workshops for the reflection and implementation of new distribution solutions and customer support at the point of sale;
• Supporting TEC stakeholders to document and clarify the impact of these launches on the organization and contributing to the change management process (including, in particular, the formalization of new procedures to be planned to improve the quality of the experience or the introduction of new tools);
• Assisting in coordinating the work of selected suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with the project schedule and alerting project management to potential risks;
• Assisting in coordinating the testing and validation phases to verify the compliance of delivered products and solutions with the expectations and vision of the TEC Group;
• Organizing and managing the exchange of information between stakeholders and project management, in order to guarantee transparency of information exchanges.
