PMO - Programme Smart Grid
As part of its activities, ORES is seeking a PMO consultant for the SmartGrid program.
This is a full-time assignment starting on 1/06/2026 for a period of 1 year (renewable).
The objective of the SmartGrid program is to implement the new management tools for ORES Networks.
The program's activities are structured through different "Tribes" (product-oriented organizational model).
In this context, the PMO will support the "Tribe Lead Flexibility & Operations" for all related activities and ensure alignment with the Transformation and CIO Office services (Governance, Reporting, Deadlines…).
PMO Responsibilities:
- Ensures the implementation of project management methodologies and tools as well as their alignment with corporate governance (link with the AE Methodology, Quality, and Knowledge service).
- Supports the Program Manager in establishing the budget, planning, resources, etc., as well as for all reporting (dashboards, expense tracking, risk & issue management, etc.)
- Assists in gathering information for the design of the target model
- Collects the necessary information for benefits reviews
- Sets up and maintains a project document archiving structure in SharePoint
- Manages and coordinates information to facilitate effective risk and issue management for the project. Keeps risk and issue registers as well as progress and exception reports up to date.
- Maintains consolidated tracking of milestone compliance and project budget (FTE and €)
- Communicates requested information to the Transformation Office (tool input, dashboards, etc.)
- Maintains tracking of the various versions of project Business Cases
- Supports Project Managers in project follow-up (budget aspects, risk, issue, etc.)
- Participates in project governance meetings and drafts summaries / minutes
- Ensures the logistical management of the project (equipment, reservations, catering, ...)
Desired Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a PMO on IT projects
- Rigorous in managing and consolidating information under their responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
- Able to lead meetings with various profiles and gain their trust
- Facilitates the search for consensus and win-win solutions
- Capable of quickly mastering diverse content
- Able to create presentations and present to any type of audience
- Solid methodological foundation; an international project management certificate is an asset (Prince2, PMBoK, ...)
- Committed and responsible, able to work in a team or independently
- Pragmatic, systematic, structured, dynamic, flexible, and stress-resistant
