Program Manager FOM

Yoto, the IT division of the NMBS, is looking for a program manager to lead the Productization of its Delivery units within the Future Operating Model that has been defined within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the tracks related to the Productization part of the FOM program
• Report to higher management on a regular basis
• Align with the different stakeholders within the organisation in order to assure horizontal buy-in throughout the full organisation
• Drive and lead the different tracks within your scope in the correct direction so that the expected values are delivered in due time
• Assure the transformations within each of the teams are taking place by taking into account the needed change management
• Assure progress monitoring & reporting: define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and provide regular updates to executive sponsors and governance boards

Required skills and experience

• Over 20 years of experience in IT
• At least 7 years of experience as Agile/SAFe transformation coach in software development companies
• Went through the full IT lifecycle from programmer until RTE/Program manager
• Language skills: Proficient knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
• Expected education: Master degree with relevant experience in IT
• Experience in the transportation or public infrastructure sectors

Conformity Criteria

• Start of the assignment: No later than 14/7/25
• Expected education: Master degree with relevant experience in IT
• Working modus: Up to 5 days in the office

Experience
