Project Lead Business
Position
You are responsible for the execution of the project, from defining the requirements to the implementation of the solution. You are involved from the very beginning of the project in describing the current and future situation of the business process. You lead workshops, organize and manage the meetings necessary to gather information and produce the deliverables required to define the project, in accordance with the standards and methodology in place at the RIZIV. As part of this function, you guide the definition of future processes in line with the chosen technology. You structure the work of the development team and communicate in a structured manner with the stakeholders of the project.
Responsibilities
You organize the delivery of the product in accordance with the set requirements, quality, deadlines, and budget. To this end, you prepare the deliverables necessary to clarify these objectives for all stakeholders of the project, in line with the methodology established at RIZIV.
You ensure that the objectives are monitored.
You organize the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as envisioned by RIZIV.
You are responsible for communication within the project. You ensure that stakeholders are informed in a timely manner of developments and/or any issues.
You propose solutions and are able to explain their impact.
You prepare the documents necessary to define the process, so that they can be directly used by the project team to implement the solution.
During the project, you ensure that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in consultation with the Business.
You also ensure that the solutions you propose can be integrated into the environments and working methods of the RIZIV.
