The main responsibility of the Project Manager-Business consultant IT Senior is to manage a number of business-IT projects using SAP ECC6, SAP ISU, and a range of other technologies based on the Prince2 methodology.

In this role, they will be responsible for:

• Management and execution of business & IT transformation projects from A to Z (e.g. Purchase 2 Pay, Peppol, Store scanner, Investment management production in Windev-SAP, project for improving the operation of SAP ECC6 (finance, logistics, ...))
• Identification, monitoring, and support to integrate the needs of key users into these projects
• Detailed monitoring of these projects in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget, including risk and issue tracking
• Organization of the testing aspect of these projects in compliance with the described testing governance
• Organization of the change management aspect of these projects with the help of the existing Change Management team and ensuring well-trained end users
• Support to the PMO in terms of systematic monitoring of these projects (PSR) as well as in terms of capacity, budget, timing
• Establishment of project governance in line with defined expectations using tracking tools such as Jira and TOPdesk

Terms of execution of the assignment:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide 440 man-days over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• The services will be performed at least 3 days/week on-site at the VIVAQUA Headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the necessity of VIVAQUA’s service continuity and the constraints related to the projects managed when planning leave, and must agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the “Code of Conduct for external service providers” of VIVAQUA.
