Project Manager – Customer Data & Process Transformation

Responsible for the end-to-end realization of a uniform customer creation process within Securex, across all business units. This includes defining and implementing a standardized process for customer creation, validation, and onboarding, complemented by a clear governance model (roles, responsibilities, and KPIs).

Additionally, the assignment includes the harmonization, cleansing, and alignment of existing customer data and definitions across systems and business units, with the aim of achieving one consistent and reliable customer view.

The assignment also requires managing the implementation (including via Salesforce and other involved systems), ensuring alignment between business and IT, and guiding change and adoption within the organization.

The goal is to structurally improve data quality, eliminate inconsistencies, and lay a solid foundation for initiatives such as Customer 360, AI, and cross-selling.
