Project Manager CyberSecurity
You work within the CIO Office department and report to the Information Security Manager.
The main mission of the IS Security service is to manage and implement IT security at STIB. We develop, operate, and maintain all IT security processes.
As a Project Manager IS Security, you are responsible for managing security projects at STIB, from the pre-study phase to the transfer phase to operational production, respecting the established deadlines, as well as technical and budgetary constraints.
Your role:
- Supervise the execution of functional and technical analyses
- Identify providers, contacts, and experts, define and implement the project organization, including the project team, and act as its driving force
- Manage the phases of drafting specifications, offers, and orders
- Coordinate and supervise the execution, testing, training, and change management phases
- Prepare and monitor the go-live and the provisional and final acceptance
- Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the business, other IT departments, and external suppliers
- Ensure decision-making, communication, and reporting to stakeholders directly or indirectly concerned by the project
- Report on progress status, monitor the budget, and facilitate decision making
- Prepare and present, in team meetings, a synthetic status update of projects and change requests

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of: 880 working days.
