Job Description – Project Manager JustCase

Context

As part of the JustCase program, the central case management system for the judicial domain, several major projects are ongoing (NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth, JustCase Labour). The program remains in an active development phase and requires strong project governance.

Mission

The Project Manager JustCase is responsible for the operational management of multiple projects within the program, ensuring coordination, delivery, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects (planning, budget, resources, dependencies)
• Coordinate teams (business, ICT, external partners)
• Manage risks, issues, and changes
• Provide reporting to governance bodies (Steerco, management)
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment
• Ensure consistency across projects and with the overall roadmap
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project practices

Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMO)
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical and structured mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector or justice domain
• Knowledge of case management systems
• Experience in digital transformation programs
