In order to optimally meet RESA's objectives, it is necessary to appoint a Project Manager to manage the Network Observability Sensors and Substation Connection Security project.

Activities:

• Oversee the project design (RESA requirements, functional specifications, deliverables, etc.)
• Drive the projects by coordinating and leading the project team (business needs, budget, deadlines, etc.)
• Deliver the project at the quality level expected by RESA

Context/Requirements:

In order to continue guaranteeing the security of delivery and supply, it is essential to accurately determine the dynamic flows passing through the distribution networks. Therefore, it is crucial to consider the network as a complex, multidirectional system and to modernize it so that it becomes a real tool for collecting and analyzing information—a Smart Grid.

In this regard, RESA has already begun work on several fronts to increase the observability of its network:

• At the level of LV prosumers with the launch of the smart meter deployment
• At the level of MV producers with the widespread installation of monitoring for renewable production at all producer clients whose installation exceeds 250 kVA
