As part of the NIS2 compliance program, the consultant will be responsible for coordinating and steering initiatives aimed at improving the visibility, quality, and governance of the company’s IT, OT, and IoT assets.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Steering activities related to the inventory and governance of IT, OT, and IoT assets.
• Defining and maintaining the Asset Management roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinating the Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Asset Management, and ServiceNow teams.
• Overseeing the improvement of CMDB data quality and asset repositories.
• Ensuring the identification and formalization of Asset Owners and their associated responsibilities.
• Participating in the definition of asset taxonomy, mandatory attributes, and governance rules.
• Identifying visibility gaps and proposing remediation actions.
• Coordinating the integration of discovery and inventory sources into ServiceNow.
• Ensuring alignment with NIS2 requirements and internal cybersecurity policies.
• Implementing quality and coverage indicators for inventories.
• Monitoring the risks, dependencies, and action plans of the program.
• Preparing and facilitating project and steering committees.
• Producing progress reports and governance recommendations.
