i-CITY is looking for a Medior Program Manager whose mission will be to lead and coordinate activities related to the program, ensuring alignment between client needs, business teams, IT teams, and suppliers.

Their main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs and requirements, in line with the program's objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure alignment between business teams, IT teams, and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines of the program.
• Consolidate workload estimates, costs, and resource requirements necessary for the implementation of changes and developments.
• Lead and monitor the delivery of solutions and software adaptations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and agreed commitments.
• Identify, analyze, and track risks, issues, dependencies, and deviations, and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure the quality, compliance, and adequacy of delivered solutions with client needs and requirements.
• Ensure program governance as well as regular reporting and communication to the various stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to the continuity, stability, and continuous improvement of services.
• Fulfill the role of application owner for access activities at the Administrative Center and contribute to client satisfaction.

Full-time position, with an on-site presence of at least 3 days per week at the Brussels Administrative Center.
