Ensure the overall management of the Digital Twin program and the first certified DAMA DMBOK (Local Digital Twin: Urban Heat Islands).

• Contribute to the definition of the Digital Twin vision and roadmap in the medium and long term (2029)
• Manage reporting and communication plans: project reporting, support for financial reporting, communication strategy
• Ensure communication and act as the main liaison between the project team, management, and the client (City).
• Coordinate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams (infra, Data, dev, cloud, GIS, Carto, and cybersecurity) and manage technology providers
• Clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and performance indicators of project teams

• Monitor project progress against key milestones, ensuring deliverables are provided within the set deadlines and budget

• Ensure coordination of technical deliverables (building blocks) between I-City teams (Data, AI, GIS, Architecture, IoT, etc.) and business/city/provider teams (Smart City, Mapping, etc.) in compliance with the target architecture.

• Manage program deliverables and dependencies.

• Ensure task prioritization and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Digital Twins

• Ensure compliance with standards

• Data collection: Guarantee respect for collection standards based on established models.

• Storage: Ensure strict compliance with data storage standards.

• Availability and Pipelines: Ensure data availability by building end-to-end pipelines through Azure Cloud services, including Data Factory, Azure Functions, and REST APIs, in order to feed the Digital Twin platform

• Facilitate the integration of technological components (data platform, 2D/3D visualization, GIS, analytics, IoT, algorithm, simulation, etc.) into a coherent Digital Twin vision. Ensure proper coordination between data flows, models, APIs, and visualization layers.

• Ensure that the building blocks comply with technical standards, control overall technical consistency, and anticipate the impacts of future developments
• Define a change management strategy for project stakeholders and city citizens.
• Define indicators (KPIs) that will help measure project success and KPIs that will measure the benefits of LDTs
