Who are we?

We are a department of the ONSS, active in the development and provision of eHR (electronic Human Resources management) tools for public social security institutions. Our applications cover integrated Human Resources management: administrative management (personnel files, contracts), time and absence management, registration of new arrivals, HR reporting, and interface with a centralized payroll engine.

In a context of growth and integration of new partner institutions, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who also has strong experience in Product Management.

Your missions

As a Project Manager and Product Manager, you play a central role in the evolution of our eHR solutions. You are responsible for coordinating integration projects, while also carrying the long-term product vision.

Specifically, you:

• Coordinate the onboarding projects of new institutions into our eHR tools (needs analysis, planning, follow-up);
• Collaborate with technical teams, functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and coherent implementation;
• Take on the role of Product Manager in agile working methods: you manage the backlog, prioritize developments, and validate deliverables with the Scrum team;
• Define and steer the product roadmap in the medium and long term, in consultation with management, users, and internal teams;
