Context
SPW DIGITAL, through its 8 divisions, carries out a number of activities for the various departments of SPW: operation of systems and solutions, management and coordination of development and maintenance projects for IT applications, provision of IT services, management of various service providers within the framework of various contracts, etc.
Within the Standards, Methodologies and Studies Division resides the IT Solutions Quality sub-division. This unit's main missions are to:
- Develop a cross-organizational quality approach (verification and validation) at the level of IT development organization
- Manage quality based on user feedback and information to define and/or adapt reference documents
- Assist the business departments in the various steps of test coordination; ranging from support to operational implementation
- Develop a community of practice around IT solutions quality
There is a regular need, especially for large projects or those with greater risks, to provide methodological and organizational support to business departments. Often it is the business departments themselves that request this.
The mission is part of the program aiming to implement Research subsidies in the transversal subsidy management platform of SPW based on standardized, pooled processes that integrate with user portals as well as budgetary and accounting processes.
To meet a specific need regarding the coordination of application testing, SPW Digital would like to increase the resources in the quality unit. The current need is for a person able to carry out test coordination in the field of business application development. This resource will therefore be dedicated to the Research program and will be in charge of transversal testing activities.
Mission objectives:
Based on the general methodology for organizing application tests, the following is required:
- Participate in the definition and evolution of the Quality policy regarding testing within SPW
- Promote actions related to quality, notably the implementation of necessary tools for conducting tests such as master test plan, test plan, test scenarios, etc.
- Collaborate with requesters (from the "business" departments) in charge of defining the requirements to be met by new applications or their adaptation as well as their maintenance
- Participate in defining the testing strategy
- Coordinate and, if necessary, participate in the preparation of tests (design, support for drafting) and in monitoring their execution
- Coordinate the implementation of test execution reports, issue tracking, and the follow-up on their resolution and implementation
- Define action plans for improvements and monitor their implementation
- Supervise spot checks of the quality of deliverables provided by service providers
- Define recommendations related to non-conformities and verify their correct application
- Carry out non-regression tests, manual and technical functional tests, and compliance tests
- Be able to support the IT tester in their mission
- Collaborate in producing the master test plan at the start of development projects
- Participate in drafting the test plan, test cases, etc.
- Define quality thresholds with requesters and make them SMART via Dashboard/reports
- Design and adapt the test schedule with the project team
- Structure reports that will allow tracking of test execution as well as tracking of encountered issues and provide a synthesis of what has been accomplished
- Participate in audits and produce detailed reports
- Write action plans for the follow-up of non-conformities and continuous improvement, and reports regarding their follow-up
This mission aims to manage one or more projects of the "Research" program, under the coordination of the program manager and the relevant project manager.
The program is divided into several projects, including the following:

The first project of the mission will be the TRORA project.
The TRORA application enables integrated management of company aid cases in connection with projects related to technological advancements, research, as well as energy-related fields. It serves as a central work point from the submission of cases by future beneficiaries to the payment of expenses related to validated projects, from an administrative, technical, and accounting perspective.
The TRORA application is used by:
- The Financial Management Department (SPW EER)
- The Research Department (SPW EER)
- SPW TLPE (Prime Energie)
The application is obsolete and must be replaced by a new application while maintaining and improving existing processes.
The ACM Service Center will oversee the service provision and define work directions. These activities will be carried out in collaboration with other SPW Digital teams and the relevant business departments.

Evaluation method
The remaining candidates will be invited for an interview before a panel, the composition of which will be communicated later.
The interview may be held remotely if circumstances require.
