Release Coordinator senior

Fluvius is looking for a release manager to strengthen the ICT Applications - Data Management department.
The data management department faces serious challenges that are largely realized in the form of assignments and projects through the DRIVE program, such as:

  • Stabilization and renewal of the Central Market System (CMS) at Atrias and the new market processes (MIG6).
  • Introduction of new tariff methodology.
  • Further development of energy sharing.
  • Submetering in combination with multiple connections at an access point.
  • Updating and renewing metering processes in response to the growing number of digital meters and increasing volumes.

The projects within the DRIVE program are mainly situated in the domain of market operations with strong interaction with our metering, asset management, and financial systems. Potential domains are not only functional, such as Metering, Structure, Billing, ... but specialists can also be deployed in transversal domains such as reporting or transition.

Context/Requirements

As a candidate, you will be deployed for a combination of the following assignments:

  • You are responsible for the management and coordination of releases within the complex landscape of data management (scoping, preparation, playbook, planning, communication) with various applications and different technology stacks.
  • You are in continuous contact with various stakeholders (business, development teams, test teams, ...).
  • You document analyses in a central repository according to the agreed methodology, with attention to accuracy and completeness.
  • You organize and facilitate workshops with end users, testers, and development teams to facilitate upcoming releases.
  • You manage the release calendar.
  • You proactively manage project risks and bottlenecks, providing the right diagnosis and interpretation.
  • You work closely with Business Analysts and projects within the different programs.
