Responsible Systems & Data Direction Finance & Commercial
The Systems & Data Manager leads the strategy, performance, and evolution of information systems and data to serve the business objectives of the Financial and Commercial Departments. They ensure the availability, quality, and value of data, while guaranteeing the coherence, security, and efficiency of the digital tools used by the company. Their role is both operational, strategic, and cross-functional.
As part of this mission, the following key responsibilities are included:
- Information Systems (IS) Governance
Strategic role at the heart of digital transformation.
Define and maintain the IS roadmap in alignment with the business strategy.
Oversee the application architecture and integration of tools (ERP, CRM, BI, business solutions).
Optimize digital processes to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure service continuity, security, and compliance of systems.
- Data Strategy & Value Creation
Define the data strategy for the department: collection, quality, structuring, exploitation.
Implement data governance (roles, rules, standards, ownership).
Develop data usage: reporting, analytics, automation, AI.
Support business teams in data-driven decision making.
- Project Management
Lead IS and data projects end-to-end (scoping, budget, planning, deployment).
Coordinate providers, contributors, and integrators.
Ensure user adoption of solutions (training, communication, support).
- Business Support & Continuous Improvement
Strong interaction with all business departments.
Understand the needs of operational departments and propose appropriate solutions.
Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor tool effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for technological innovation to serve the business.
- Management & Coordination
Supervise a technical team (analysts, administrators, data specialists).
Unite stakeholders around IS and data challenges.
Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Throughout your assignment you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.
The start date of the assignment will be determined by mutual agreement between VIVAQUA and the candidate.
Assignment execution terms:

The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA's business days.

Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA's Headquarters, potentially in a non-continuous manner, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.

The consultant is hereby informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.

The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA's service continuity requirements and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave, and will agree on this in advance with the Managing Official.

The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA's "Code of Conduct for External Providers".
Additional Information:
The assignment may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of 880 business days.
