Within our intelligence & innovation department, there is a need for an experienced expert who can quickly bring structure and direction to the use of Atlassian tooling (Jira, Confluence). The focus is on guiding the team towards a more efficient way of working, with clear governance and processes.

Assignment Description

• Guide and coach the team in the use of Jira and Confluence
• Rapidly analyze the current setup and identify areas for improvement
• Design pragmatic and scalable workflows, permission schemes, and governance models
• Set up clear intake, triage, and change management processes
• Facilitate targeted workshops with stakeholders (from C-level to operational level)
• Establish best practices and minimum documentation standards
• Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer so the team can continue autonomously

Profile

• At least 10+ years of experience within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Experience with short, impactful assignments (quick wins + structural improvements)
• Strong in coaching and team enablement
• Experience in complex organizations (enterprise and/or public sector)
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Jira & Confluence configuration
• Workflow & governance design
• ITSM and agile work environments
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Languages: Dutch & English (French is a plus)

Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required
Demonstrable experience for the technology in question or a similar technology
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2

Context/Requirements

• Have you taken note of the maximum rate set for these profiles (see tab Price Agreements)?
• The duration of the assignment can be extended by mutual agreement in periods of 12 months, within the limits of the framework agreement of the Facility Company.
• Price adjustments are not allowed, except for indexation during the assignment, which is permitted after each period of 12 consecutive months.
• Termination by the service provider: the contractor may terminate the agreement at any time by registered letter and subject to a notice period of one (1) month.
• Termination by AG Digipolis Antwerp: AG Digipolis Antwerp may terminate the agreement at any time by registered letter and subject to a notice period of one (1) month.
