🛠 Your mission

As a Salesforce Developer, you develop and manage high-quality CRM solutions within the Salesforce platform. You support the digital transformation of customer processes and contribute to efficient and customer-oriented operations.

🕵️ Where will you work?

You will be part of the CRM team within the IT department of Securex. You work in an Agile context and report to the IT Team Lead or CRM Product Owner. Together with architects, analysts, Scrum Masters, and other developers, you work on impactful projects.

🧑‍💻 Your responsibilities

• Developing Salesforce applications: building, testing, and managing front-end and back-end applications with reusable and high-quality code.
• Realizing integrations: building connections with external systems such as DocuSign, Byner, FAS, ADFS via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Agile collaboration: active participation in sprints and close cooperation with various stakeholders.
• Technical analysis and documentation: drafting technical documents, participating in code reviews.
• Expertise development: deepening your knowledge of new Salesforce technologies and contributing to innovation.
• Market exploration and best practices: following trends and evaluating new tools.
• Communication and collaboration: presenting solutions and gathering feedback.

🛠️ Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM development and Salesforce application management.
• Knowledge of OOP, Git, Jira, software design patterns, OpenAPI.
• Programming skills in JavaScript, Java/.Net, React, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with data modeling, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Salesforce certificates (Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect) are a plus.
• Language skills: Dutch or French and English.
• Proactive and eager-to-learn mindset with strong communication skills.
