We are looking for an experienced specialist in document generation to strengthen the CCM team, with a focus on the SAP Document Presentment by OpenText platform.

In this role, you are responsible for the design, development, and management of document generation solutions. You serve as the central point of contact for the generation of letters, documents, and email communication.
You capture and analyze the needs of internal stakeholders and translate these into high-performing and maintainable solutions within SAP Document Presentment.

In addition, you are responsible for the operational management of the platform, including incident follow-up, problem analysis, and ensuring the continuity and stability of document processing.
You work closely with internal clients, the CCM team, and external parties such as print and distribution partners, and contribute to efficient and reliable document communication.
