The main responsibility of the SAP FICO functional and technical consultant is to assume, for SAP ECC6 in the FI and CO domains, the following activities:

• Daily support for users in accordance with Vivaqua regulations for the SAP ECC6 FICO area, with a focus on monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing. This also includes VAT and taxes (including closing).
• Monitoring the results of the interface between SAP ISU (billing clients B2C) and SAP ECC.
• Delivery of SAP FICO requirements for the Cockpit project (management control redesign), P2P (Purchase to Pay), and Peppol.
• Project support for the technical upgrade of SAP ECC (Operating system, Oracle, SAP kernel, and service pack upgrade).
• Project support for the reimplementation of authorizations in SAP ECC using roles and profiles.
• Support for the finance and management control department regarding fixed assets and closings, in compliance with the regulator's requirements.

Throughout your mission, you must comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

Mission execution terms:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially perform 350 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 32-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• Services will be provided on-site at VIVAQUA's headquarters for at least 3 days per week, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless an express exception is validated by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA's service continuity needs and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave, and must agree in advance with the Managing Officer on this subject.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Service Providers" of VIVAQUA.

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of 880 working days.
