SAP Finance Functional Analyst

Mission Terms

As part of its activities, ORES is looking for an SAP Finance Functional Analyst. This is a full-time assignment with an estimated duration of 5/6 months (renewable) and ideally will start in mid-April 2026.

Part of the assignment may, in consultation with the manager, be performed via telework, but a presence at the Gosselies site of at least 2 days per week is mandatory. Additional on-site presence may be requested from the consultant, depending on the needs of the service (occasionally). As the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, possession of a driving license and a vehicle will be necessary for commuting. Travel to other sites is possible.

Mission Context

The SAP Finance Business Analyst will join the BA IT SAP team to support the organization already in place.

Main Tasks

  • Capture and formalize Business needs in the form of a requirements list with the various relevant information, being able to establish links between them and/or other ORES initiatives
  • Draft sequence diagrams (in UML). These should be based on the BPMN diagrams provided by the Business
  • Facilitate Workshops with various stakeholders (including Business)
  • Capture and formalize the business need and translate it into detailed functional specifications [SFD]
  • Contribute to solution studies
  • Write ad hoc documentation
  • Build the validated solutions in the development system
  • Ensure the testing activities that are under their responsibility
  • Participate in migration activities

As the role requires administrator rights or access to information classified as confidential, it is designated as high risk for ORES information systems. Consequently, and in accordance with ISO27001, we are required to verify backgrounds by contacting at least one reference provided for any candidate selected for the assignment.
