Job Title: SAP Logistics Domain Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant SAP Logistics (MM/SD/PM) to lead a functional team composed of experts in the SAP MM, SD, and PM modules. You will be responsible for coordinating the team's work, aligning SAP solutions with business objectives, and ensuring the quality of functional deliverables. You will be involved both in strategic projects (S/4HANA, Ariba) and in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and incident management.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead and coordinate a team of SAP experts on the MM, SD, and PM modules.
• Allocate tasks, track progress, manage priorities, and ensure the consistency of functional deliverables.
• Foster knowledge sharing, skills development, and the harmonization of practices within the team.

Requirements Analysis:

• Work closely with business, project, and IT teams to understand needs and define suitable SAP solutions.
• Identify opportunities for harmonization and improvement of logistics processes (procurement, sales, maintenance).

Configuration and Customization:

• Supervise and participate in the configuration of the MM, SD, and PM modules.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of configurations with business processes.
• Make sure functional documentation is kept up to date.

Support and Continuous Improvement:

• Oversee post-implementation functional support and resolve incidents.
• Actively contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Training and Support:

• Support key users and project team members in adopting changes.
• Structure knowledge transfer and capitalize on best practices.

Profile Sought:

Education: University degree in IT, management, or engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years on SAP, including at least 2 years in a coordination or functional lead role.

Technical Skills:

• Confirmed expertise in SAP MM, with strong knowledge of SD.
• PM knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes: procurement, sales, maintenance.
• Good command of SAP inter-module integrations.
• Skills in reporting and data analysis.
