Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Architect – Migration & Integration Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Architect to support our large-scale digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate has in-depth expertise in both functional and technical SAP architecture, particularly in migration topics (ECC to S/4HANA), data management, integration (via API, middleware), and strategic guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define the target functional architecture
• Conduct SAP audits (data, architecture, interfaces, custom developments)
• Identify functional gaps and propose solutions based on S/4HANA best practices (Public and Private Cloud)
• Support business and technical teams on integration issues (SOAP, Talend, API, Fiori)
• Challenge integrators and coordinate design and migration workshops
• Contribute to project governance and data model design (Finance, CO, FM, GM, HCM…)
• Provide coaching to internal and external teams (clients, partners, junior consultants)
• Implement migration tools (SAP LTMC, Syniti, migration cockpit)
• Develop testing strategies, data validation, and ramp-up processes

Profile Sought:

• Over 25 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem (R/3, ECC, BW, BI, S/4HANA)
• Proven experience in sectors: public, education/research, transport, manufacturing, media
• Mastery of modules: FI, CO, FM, GM, SD, HCM, PS, with strong focus on inter-module integration
• Technical expertise (ABAP, interfaces, middleware, enterprise architecture, SOAP API)
• Solid knowledge of Cloud environments (S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud, RISE)
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong analytical, teaching, and synthesis skills
