Scrum Master / Delivery Coach Data

We are looking for a driven Scrum Master / Delivery Coach for our dynamic data team, where data modeling, dashboarding, and analytics contribute to making the organization more data-driven.

What will you do?

As a Scrum Master / Delivery Coach, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of both existing and new data products. These range from data tables to PowerBI dashboards to action-oriented analyses and insights for editorial teams, marketing, …

• Proven experience with facilitating workshops - Medior (3.00 years)
• Proven experience coaching cross functional teams - Medior (3.00 years)
• Proven experience coaching individual employees and building teams - Medior (3.00 years)
• Proven experience with scaled agile frameworks - Medior (3.00 years)
• Proven work experience in a data-related role (analyst, BI expert)
• Proven experience as Scrum Master - Medior (3.00 years)
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects or development projects - Medior (5.00 years)
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
• Proven experience with Agile project operations (SCRUM) + agile values and principles
• Proven experience with Agile tools
• Proven training with certification (Scrum Master/Coach within Agile development methodology)
