Mission Description

The Cloud Computing team within IT Infrastructure Platforms is looking for a Senior Team Lead / Scrum Master.

The STIB Cloud Computing platform plays a central role in modernizing the IT environment and accelerating the delivery of services within the organization.

It provides scalable, secure, and reusable cloud services tailored to internal IT teams, supported by a transversal FinOps function to ensure financial governance.

We focus primarily on Microsoft Azure PaaS as the single cloud platform for the team.

The work will consist of leading the team and its activities in compliance with established processes, deadlines, and priorities.

The desired candidate will be a facilitator who reports directly to the IT Infrastructure Platforms Manager and will be part of their staff.

Main Activities

• Serve as a facilitator for the team, management, IS or Business colleagues, clients, and partners
• Ensure the management and follow-up of the team of consultants (including its composition) and their activities
• Work on team cohesion and service continuity
• Organize the Scrum events of the team
• Ensure the Service Catalog of the team is kept up to date
• Act as Product Owner for the products owned by the team
• Manage the team's contracts and relationships with its partners
• Monitor requests to/from the team based on the internal Gating process
• Define the vision, Roadmap, and Lifecycle of the team’s products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs
• Report and communicate to all stakeholders (team, management, clients, etc.)
• Ensure financial monitoring of team activities and resources, including Cloud consumption (FinOps)
• Monitor incidents and drive continuous improvement

Technical Skills Specific to the Mission and Its Specific Environment

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Required certifications:
• PSM I – Professional Scrum Master
• PAL I – Professional Agile Leadership
• PSF Skills – Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills
• PSPO I – Professional Scrum Product Owner
• Lego Serious Play Certified Facilitator (Optional)
• Proven experience in team management
• Proven experience in IT product Release / Lifecycle management
• Knowledge of Confluence, ServiceNow, and Jira
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket

Functional Skills

• Experience and sector knowledge (Transport) is not required but is an asset

Additional Information

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of: 880 working days.
