The RSVZ is looking for a scrum master for an Agile development team with experience in leading large-scale projects, preferably in the public sector. The scrum master guides the less experienced developers.

Minimum experience required is 6 years.

With your development team, you are responsible for the evolution and management of a core business application. You safeguard the functional and technical concepts. You oversee the rules regarding software development. You provide advice to the analysts in your team. You support the deployments.

One of the national languages is your mother tongue. The other national language must be understood and read. You are required to be sufficiently bilingual.

Telework regime: 2 days in the office per week, of which 1 fixed weekday is determined by internal management. The other office day can be chosen freely.
