Security Program Manager

The Security Division of SPW Digital is looking for a Security Program Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the security program, notably covering the 6 pillars of NIST: Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Response, Recover, under the supervision of an internal program sponsor within the administration.

You will collaborate with service managers (divisions, departments, and sub-divisions) and the Project Managers involved in these different areas, and will also manage certain projects yourself. The program will mobilize numerous stakeholders within the organization and will require close collaboration with several domains beyond the security division.

You will be expected to provide regular follow-up on the progress of the program, maintain a client-oriented approach, and focus on rapid and continuous delivery.

Main activities:

  • Deploy the security strategy of SPW through the security program.
  • Define the overall schedule and key milestones of the program and projects.
  • Lead and optimize the resources allocated to the program or your projects in order to achieve the expected objectives.
  • Ensure program coherence, notably by defining with the project managers a scope that enables synergies and minimizes dependencies.
  • Guarantee a level of quality and security within all projects.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks and incidents related to successful delivery.
  • Be proactive in a continuous improvement approach.
  • Ensure regular reporting: progress, risks, issues, decisions.

Expected behavioral skills

  • Ability to deliver concrete and regular results in complex and constantly evolving environments, while maintaining a clear and structured vision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, combined with a real ability to work with others.
  • Stakeholder management, with a diplomatic and solution-oriented approach.
  • Rigorous organization and working method enabling you to stay on track even with multiple priorities.
  • Strong orientation towards performance and the satisfaction of internal and external clients.
  • Ability to analyze difficult situations and quickly propose relevant solutions.
  • Autonomy, fast learning, and motivation in assigned tasks.
  • Establish smooth and clear communication, create connections, and facilitate collaboration within teams.

Evaluation method

The evaluation will primarily focus on the candidates’ alignment with the desired profile.

Attention will be paid to the justifications provided for each required criterion. In the absence of justification, the criterion will be considered unmet. It is therefore up to the bidder to demonstrate that the criterion is met.

The second step will involve an interview during which questions and/or situational exercises related to the mission description will be used. The dates and times of the interview (business hours) will be set shortly after the submission of the offers. The candidate’s unavailability for this interview will be considered grounds for exclusion.
