The CATENA application – an application that enables the declaration of subcontracting chains, which is a legal obligation for economic actors in activity sectors that must apply withholding on invoices within the framework of joint and several liability.

A first phase was completed in 2025. A second phase must be completed in 2026. This concerns the extension of an existing application.
