Introduction
Within the FUTURO program, you play a key role in the restructuring of legal data in Eunom-e and the development of a Legal Governance & Topic Management Platform. The program aims to convert legal disputes, lessons learned, operational observations, and new regulations into concrete topics, actions, ownership, follow-up, and management reporting. You serve as a bridge between legal services, IT, and management. Your task is to provide clear business analysis, ensure proper functional analysis, and guarantee the transfer to IT.
Duration: Maximum commitment of 12 months.
Role
As Senior Business Analyst, you analyze the needs of legal services, stakeholders, and management and design solutions for:
- Project 1: Restructuring and utilization of data in Eunom-e
- Clear business analysis of current processes and pain points in Eunom-e.
- Improvement of the quality, structure, and utilization of legal data for reliable reporting.
- Standardization of classifications, codings, and mandatory fields in Eunom-e.

Development of dashboards and management reporting for trend detection, risk analysis, and topic detection.

Project 2: Legal Governance & Topic Management Platform
- Setting up a structural lessons learned mechanism (twice a year, uniform template).
- Topic creation and classification (local vs. transversal) based on legal disputes, legislation, and operational observations.
- Action tracking: linking topics to actions with owners, deadlines, status, and escalation.
- Governance and reporting: monitoring open topics, overdue actions, and transversal alignment via consultative bodies.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Master's degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, Information Science, or related fields).
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in legal, governance, or compliance environments.
- Experience in workshop facilitation: leading sessions with multiple stakeholders to collect and align requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder management: managing the expectations and interests of various parties (legal, IT, management).
Languages
- Dutch and French (oral and written) – mandatory.
- English is an asset.
Role Responsibilities
Clear Business Analysis & Handover:
- Thorough analysis of current legal processes, pain points, and needs.
- Mapping business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Drafting a complete and accurate Functional Analysis (FA).
- Ensuring a smooth transfer to FA.
Collaboration & Communication
- Bridge function between legal services, IT, and management: translating legal language into technical solutions (and vice versa).
- Facilitating transversal alignment for topics impacting multiple DGs/services.

- Workshop facilitation: Experience in leading interactive sessions.
